We are absolutely delighted to award our July 2026 Teaching Assistant of the Month to CENMAC’s Isabelle Taylor. Isabelle was nominated by Advisory Teacher Maureen De Longhi and Annabel Dent, Marketing & Events.
Maureen De Longhi said “Isabelle has been a fantastic support at Charlton Manor Primary, visiting regularly to work with students and offering one‑to‑one guidance to help staff build their skills. She played a huge part in preparing the team there for our annual event Communication Works, showcasing how the school has grown from having no CENMAC input to now supporting four students with Assistive Technology. Alongside rehearsing with the students, she then helped deliver the presentation, interviewing them on stage like a pro and encouraging them to share their ideas and shine.” Find out more about Isabelle: https://mycenmac.com/TAoftheMonth

What a day we had at Communication Works South on Wednesday 24th June. We want to say a very big thank you to everyone who came, particularly in light of the extreme heatwave we experienced on the day. It goes to show the level of commitment our SEND community has to supporting our children and young people. We’d also like to thank the team at the Charlton Athletic Football Club and the AV team from ML Executives who helped us run the day smoothly. We`ll be sharing videos from the day soon but for now take a look at our highlights and some photos:
