Louise was referred to CENMAC as she has very slow handwriting and quickly tires when using this to record.  Louise was loaned a Neo (pictured) and then a laptop to provide her with an alternative means of recording.  Staff working with her were advised on appropriate software to increase her keyboard familiarity and typing skills.  With regular practice, Louise now types with confidence, accuracy and increasing speed.  It is much less tiring and she is able to complete a great deal more work independently.
